What happens in the first session?

In your first session, we focus on understanding your learning style and needs. Our tutors, who are past HSC students themselves, will:

  • Assess your current understanding of the subject
  • Identify areas that need improvement
  • Create a personalized learning plan
  • Begin explaining concepts in a way that resonates with you
  • Provide immediate feedback and guidance

We believe in understanding content rather than rote learning, so we'll ensure you fully comprehend the material before moving forward.

What are your rates?

We offer two types of tutoring sessions:

  • Individual Tutoring: $70 per session
  • Group Sessions: $50 per session (3-6 students)

All sessions are 1 hour long and are conducted online via Google Meet.

What platform do you use for online tutoring?

We conduct all our online tutoring sessions through Google Meet. This platform provides:

  • High-quality video and audio
  • Screen sharing capabilities
  • Interactive whiteboard features
  • Reliable connection

You'll receive a Google Meet link before each session.

What payment methods do you accept?

We generally accept and use automatic Direct Debit, however, you may use bank transfer if you wish.

Payment details will be provided upon booking your first session.

What is your cancellation policy?

To ensure the best learning experience for all our students, we have the following scheduling policy:

  • We encourage consistent attendance to maintain steady progress
  • You can reschedule your session, given you notify us 24 hours prior
  • Regular sessions will continue unless you notify us one week in advance
  • This policy helps us maintain quality tutoring schedules for all students
